Civil marriages and civil partnerships

A £35 non-refundable statutory notice fee per person is required for all marriage and civil partnership ceremonies in addition to the charges listed below.

A fee of £47 per person (if, as a couple, you are referred to the Home Office, under the referral and investigation scheme) in addition to the charges listed below.

Fees are determined based on where and when your ceremony is held.

• A £50 non-refundable deposit is required for all ceremony bookings, which will be deducted from the cost of the ceremony.
• Consideration by a superintendent registrar of a divorce / civil partnership dissolution obtained outside of the British Isles – £50
• Consideration by the registrar general of a divorce / civil partnership dissolution obtained outside of the British Isles – £75
