Peterborough Register Office Wedding Prices
Giving notice
f both of you are either British, Irish, hold EU settled status, have right of abode, a Forces immigration exemption, indefinite leave to remain or a marriage visa, the booking fee for a notice of marriage or civil partnership appointment is £35 per person. If either of you do not fall into one of these categories, you must both pay a notice fee of £47 per person.
If the either or both of you are divorced and the country of divorce was outside the British Isles (that is the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), there will be a fee payable for consideration of each divorce document, either £50 or £75 per divorce depending on where it took place.
