Giving notice
Giving notice costs £35 per person.
It will cost £47 per person if you’re referred to the Home Office under the referral and investigation scheme.
If you need to provide documentation for a divorce abroad, there is an extra fee of £50. If there’s uncertainty whether the divorce is valid, the documents will be referred to the Register General and this fee will increase to £75.
